Service terms

Scope, price, photo suitability, delivery timing and payment arrangements are confirmed before work begins. Packages cover one property and one consolidated revision round within the agreed brief. Additional views, variations or changes in direction require a separate quote.

You must own the submitted materials or have permission to authorize their use and editing. Listing descriptions use property details you confirm. Review all wording and facts before publication. Ordinary enhancement preserves the property’s actual condition. Proposed paint, repairs, cleanup and furnishings are digitally altered concepts and are labeled separately. Concepts do not show completed work.

Confirm the requirements of your listing platform before publishing altered images. Disclosures do not make every alteration suitable for every listing. Do not present a concept as the property’s current condition.

Image limitations may affect what is possible. No particular sale price, inquiry volume or selling time is promised. If an agreed request cannot be completed, the next step is discussed with you before proceeding.
